Supported systems
- macOS 11 Big Sur or later — universal build, native on both Apple Silicon (M-series) and Intel Macs.
- Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) — standard installer (.exe).
Always up to date
The app updates itself automatically. When a new version ships, OSP downloads it quietly in the background and applies it the next time you restart — you never have to come back here to re-download.
First launch (one time only). The app isn’t code-signed yet, so your OS shows a one-time safety prompt the first time you open it. It’s safe to allow — here’s how:
- macOS: open OSP once (you’ll see “Apple could not verify…” → click Done), then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway, then Open. (Older macOS: right-click the app → Open.)
- Windows: on the SmartScreen prompt click More info → Run anyway.
