Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Service. Your agent runs on infrastructure shared with other customers; these rules keep it safe and fair for everyone. They apply to you and to anything your agent does at your direction.
1. Illegal or harmful use
- No use that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- No generating, storing, or distributing child sexual abuse material, content that sexualizes minors, or content facilitating human trafficking or exploitation — zero tolerance, reported to authorities where required.
- No harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or content intended to incite violence or hatred.
- No fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive practices — including passing your agent off as a human to deceive, or impersonating OSP.net staff or other brands.
- No development of weapons, malware, or instructions for serious harm.
2. Spam and messaging abuse
- No bulk, unsolicited, or automated outreach (spam) on any connected channel — including Telegram broadcast schemes, scraping users to message, or evading a platform’s anti-spam controls.
- You must comply with the rules of every channel you connect (e.g. the Telegram Bot API terms) and of your model provider’s usage policies. A provider suspending your key or bot for abuse is your responsibility.
3. Security
- No probing, scanning, or attempting to breach the isolation between tenant instances, the control plane, or any OSP.net system.
- No using your instance to attack third parties: DDoS, port scanning, credential stuffing, vulnerability exploitation, or hosting malware/C2 infrastructure.
- Only enter API keys and tokens you are authorized to use.
- Found a vulnerability? Report it via support — do not exploit it.
4. Fair use of shared infrastructure
“Always-on” means your agent is ready when you need it — not a license to consume a whole host. Sustained crypto-mining, proxy/VPN relaying, mass scraping farms, or any workload that materially degrades service for other tenants is prohibited. We may throttle, and in persistent cases suspend, instances whose resource use is far outside normal agent behavior; where practical we will contact you first.
5. Other restrictions
- No reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling the Service without a written agreement with us.
- No circumventing trial limits, rate limits, or billing (e.g. farming free trials with disposable emails).
- No infringing others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights.
6. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, suspend, or terminate offending instances or accounts — with notice where practical, immediately where the violation is severe or ongoing harm is likely. To report abuse by an OSP.net-hosted agent, contact support.
