This page describes the SMS (text message) program operated by OSP.net, a service of Learning Science Inc. It documents who sends our messages, what we send, how customers consent to receive them, and how to stop. It is the canonical reference for our SMS opt-in workflow.
Who sends these messages
Messages are sent by OSP.net (operated by Learning Science Inc.) from our toll-free sender number +1 (888) 685-4128. This is the same number you can call to reach our team.
What messages we send
We send account and service notifications to registered OSP.net customers — transactional messages tied to your own account activity. These include:
- Trial-expiration reminders — heads-up before your free trial ends.
- Payment-failure / dunning alerts — when a subscription charge fails and your service is at risk.
- Agent-provisioning status — confirmation that your AI agent has been created, is live, or has changed state.
- Security / login notifications — sign-in alerts and other account-security messages.
How customers opt in
SMS notifications are strictly opt-in. No customer receives a text unless they have explicitly requested it. The consent flow at osp.net is:
- The customer creates an OSP.net account on our signup page at osp.net.
- During signup, the customer enters their mobile phone number in the phone-number field.
- The customer checks the dedicated, unchecked-by-default SMS-consent checkbox directly beside that field.
- The customer submits the form. Consent (the checkbox state, phone number, and timestamp) is recorded against their account. Consent is never bundled into any other agreement and is never a condition of purchase.
The exact language a customer agrees to when they check the box is:
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and is recurring based on your account activity. We send a message only when something on your account warrants it (for example, a trial ending, a failed payment, or a security event), so volume differs from customer to customer.
Message and data rates
Msg & data rates may apply. OSP.net does not charge for these notifications, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.
How to opt out or get help

STOPto any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation, and we will send no further SMS notifications to that number. - Help: reply

Privacy
We treat your phone number and consent record in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS-consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
