- Read and send conversations (SMS/email)
- Browse calendars, appointments and pipelines
How to connect GoHighLevel
- In your HighLevel sub-account, open Settings → Private Integrations → Create New Integration. Give it a name and enable only the scopes you want the agent to have (e.g. contacts, conversations, calendars, opportunities — read and/or write). HighLevel Docs: Private Integrations
- Create the integration and copy the generated token (shown once). It starts with pit-.
- Find your Location ID under Settings → Company → Locations (or Settings → Business Profile). Paste both here and Connect — your agent runs HighLevel's official MCP server with them. HighLevel MCP server (official)
Security: The Private Integration Token acts within only the scopes you grant it on this one sub-account — narrow them to what the agent needs. Rotate or revoke it any time from the same Private Integrations page (HighLevel recommends rotating every 90 days). The Location ID is not a secret.
