What is iMessage (BlueBubbles)?
iMessage (BlueBubbles) is a communication tool. With OSP.net, your AI agent connects to it directly so it can act on your behalf instead of just answering questions about it.

How to connect iMessage (BlueBubbles)
- Install BlueBubbles Server on a Mac that stays on and awake, then sign into the Messages app with the Apple ID or phone number your agent should text from. bluebubbles.app → Install
- In BlueBubbles Server, set a server password (Settings → Server Password). You'll paste it here.
- Expose the server to the internet: the built-in Proxy option in BlueBubbles (Cloudflare is easiest, ngrok also works) gives you a public URL — copy it. A domain you host yourself works too. docs.bluebubbles.app → Proxy guides
- Paste the URL and password here and Connect — your agent restarts with iMessage live (about a minute). Then use Test connection to confirm the server answers.
- Text that number from any iPhone — the replies come from your agent.
- Optional: install the BlueBubbles Private API helper bundle on the Mac for typing indicators, read receipts and reactions. iMessage works without it. docs.bluebubbles.app → Private API
Security: The server URL and password are stored in your agent's vault and only used by your agent to talk to your Mac. Use a strong, unique password — it is the only thing protecting the tunnel.
